During the lockdown, when live music was completely stopped, Remo Ottaviani put the terrace of his house at the disposal of the artists he appreciated. He had them perform at his own expense, with people of the neighborhood listening to the music that spread in the air, from the windows and balconies of the houses around, when everything was closed. It was an incredible journey, which gave us emotions and hope in a moment that to define darkness is little.
Now that after three hard years of Covid pandemic we begin to see the return to normality, this strange and beautiful adventure is coming to an end and ours is the last concert - for now - from Remo's roof.
It is to Remo that we want to express our affection, thank his sweet wife Claire, the neighbors of his "terrace" and the inhabitants of the Torre Maura district in Rome, the artists who performed and all people who endured and supported this incredible initiative. As one song said: "It's just Rock 'n' Roll (but I like it)."
